Beaded polyethylene foam (also known as expanded polyethylene foam) is a hard, low-density closed cell foam that is commonly used as packaging or storage cushioning for items like medical devices, electronics, automotive parts, robotics and semiconductor equipment and other highly sensitive items.
Beaded polyethylene foam is flexible and easy to shape and fabricate. Die-cutting can be used to create inserts with custom dimensions and shapes, making it easy to customize and cost-effective to use.
