Polyurethane
Polyurethane Foam
Polyurethane foam is a soft open cell material used in the packaging of lightweight and fragile items, furniture, bedding and other products. It can also be used as a component in automotive seating, electronics and a variety of other products. It’s available in a variety of densities and colors, making it the ideal choice for many applications.
During the fabrication process, polyurethane foam can be saw cut, die cut, flash cut and convoluted (creating an “egg-crate” shape), making customization simple and cost effective. Polyurethane foam is also easily laminated to itself or other surfaces.
